Whether the product functions meet real demands of market, whether there is room for further adjustment, and what’s the enterprise size can achieve are all in unknown stage. The needs of customers:

1. There are no similar products in China, and international well-known product companies have not yet entered Chinese market. The initial price of the product is RMB 100,000/set. Make early market planning and preparation (output planning, sales target formulation, sales system design and management methods, marketing organization construction, marketing target breakdown, etc.)

Review consistency of product function, price and customer demand, provide adjustment direction of product function, determine forecast of product\'s dominant market size, determine marketing target, by stages (16 months), from September 2019 to December 2019, 2020 annual marketing target and product mass production plan, maintain customers (involving medical institutions), relevant business model innovation marketing organizational structure design and marketing channel design (resource side, organization method, management method), performance breakdown

Research results:

1. The client has just finished preliminary development of product and is preparing for the market, and wants to conduct market verification and market preparation. The original marketing organization resources of client are not suitable for new business, so the marketing system needs to be rebuilt. 2. By comparing user demands, product function parameters and price, determine adjustment point (such as specification size/function increase or decrease, etc.)/service demand/price positioning of intelligent stair climbing wheelchair, and determine segment users priced at 100,000 yuan. At present, the client is making further adjustments to size/function of product. 3. Helped client preliminarily confirm sales model of direct selling + distribution through marketing system design and marketing organizational structure construction. In early stage, distribution and professional medical institutions were used to expand product acceptance and influence. Make use of existing marketing resources of medical device industry to establish channel system of client, give self-sales team building plan and labor cost calculation, and give recruitment sources of experienced professional managers.
